Ideally positioned large beach house, featuring ocean views from the covered deck overlooking a large pool area. Only a 10 minute walk to stunning Mollymook Beach, this property is your home away from home. A flexible layout provides plenty of room upstairs and downstairs for the family. Sleeping up to 10 guests, the upper level offers 3 bedrooms (master with ensuite), main bathroom with bath, well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, generous living and dining areas flowing on to an expansive deck perfect for relaxing and balmy summer BBQ's. The lower level is completely self contained with 2 bedrooms (enter through 1 bedroom to reach the other), 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, living area, laundry and additional covered entertaining areas. Features to help make your stay as comfortable as possible: - Reverse Cycle Air conditioning on both levels - 3 x TV’s, Wi-Fi, Netflix & Foxtel - Dishwasher, Washing machine, Clothes dryer Whether walking or a short drive there is so much to do with Patrolled Mollymook Beach and the 9-hole Mollymook Golf Course & Club. Plenty of options for dining out with Beachside Bistro at the Golf Club, Bannisters Pavilion, Tallwood Restaurant (as seen on Sydney Weekender) and Bannisters by the Sea. Also close by is the pristine Narrawallee Beach & Inlet and in the other direction is Burrill Lake, with both offering a safe haven for fishing, snorkeling and paddle boarding and perfect for young children. A must ‘to do’ is a visit to Cupitt’s Winery, only a 4 minute drive, for a relaxed afternoon of wine, beer and cheese tasting. The historic village of Milton is also on the ‘to do’ list, offering a variety of trendy cafes and boutique shopping. Scenic bush walks, hiking up Pigeon House, a visit to Hayden’s Pie Shop in Ulladulla or grab a coffee from Native Café and relax on the foreshore of Ulladulla Harbour. Do as little or as much as you like! Linen provided but bring your own beach towels. MINIMUM booking 6 nights during December and January.
